Sinus Lift Kits and Implant Drill Kits
BusinessMed® Sinus Lift Kits and Implant Drill Kits hold the drills, stoppers and hand instruments for raising the maxillary sinus floor before an implant: crestal kits work through the implant site, lateral kits through a window in the side wall of the maxilla. Implant drill kits with stoppers, a bone collector, a ridge expander set and a drill guide set complete the category.

Sinus lift kits
Sinus kits combine crestal drills or reamers with depth stoppers, lateral window drills with short stoppers, and hand instruments that lift the sinus lining: the sinus lift kit for crestal and lateral approaches, the crestal reamer drill and stoppers set and the sinus lift instruments set with drills and stoppers.
Implant drill kits
These dental implant kits hold sequential twist drills from a pilot drill upward, with drivers and a wrench: the 28-piece surgical drills kit, the 42-piece conical set with wrench and the 35-piece integral twist kit with stoppers, whose stopper drills carry the depth in the drill.
Also filed here
- Bone collector drills with stoppers — gather the bone chips they cut for grafting.
- Bone expander compression drills set — expander screws widen a narrow ridge; compression screws press bone into the osteotomy walls.
- Implant drill guide set — a drill guide that rests on the teeth either side of a gap and leads the pilot drill to its center.
How to choose a sinus lift kit
- Crestal or lateral. Both raise the residual bone height; the choice depends on the bone left and the anatomy. Crestal kits carry reamers and depth stoppers; a lateral sinus lift kit carries window drills with short stoppers; some kits cover both.
- Depth control. Stoppers set the working depth of each drill.
- Drill kit or sinus kit. For the implant osteotomy itself, choose a drill kit; bone condensing burs for the crestal approach are in Osseodensification Bur Kits.
What are sinus lift instruments used for?
Crestal (transalveolar) and lateral sinus floor elevation and sinus grafting in the upper back jaw, implant osteotomy preparation and insertion, autogenous bone harvesting, ridge expansion, and pilot drilling for single implants.
How BusinessMed implant kits are made
Each sinus lift kit holds stainless steel drills, stoppers and instruments in a kit case, as listed on its page; reusable, autoclavable and sterilizable.
