Dental Aspirators and Suction Tips

BusinessMed® Dental Aspirators and Suction Tips are reusable stainless steel surgical aspirator tips that connect to the suction line to keep the field clear. The range runs from a low-volume saliva ejector for routine care, through fine endo and micro aspirators for drying canals, to surgical aspirators — right-angle, tissue-relief-slot and Yankauer tips — for blood, irrigation and debris in oral surgery.

Types of dental aspirators

Saliva ejector

Saliva ejectors are low-volume tips that remove saliva and water during cleanings, sealants and fillings: the reusable saliva ejector.

Endo and micro aspirators

Fine-bore tips for drying root canals and for suction at the root end in apical surgery: the dental micro suction tip, the endo aspirator and the right-angle short and long tail versions for anterior and molar canals.

Surgical aspirators

How to choose dental suction tips

  • Volume and job. Saliva and water in routine care → saliva ejector; canals and root ends → endo and micro aspirators; blood, irrigation and bone debris in surgery → surgical aspirators.
  • Access. Right-angle tips reach posterior, socket and lingual areas; short and long endo tips match anterior and molar canals.
  • Soft tissue nearby. A tissue relief slot keeps suction working when tissue covers the tip.
  • Connection. Tail aspirators take surgical suction tubing directly; the others fit the dental suction valve.

What is a dental suction tool used for?

Keeping the field dry in routine and preventive care, drying canals after irrigation in root canal treatment, and clearing blood, saliva, irrigation and bone debris at extraction, flap, periodontal and implant sites and at the root end in apical surgery.
