Dental Lab Tools
BusinessMed® Dental Lab Tools are hand instrument kits for the dental laboratory bench: three wax carving tool kits and sets and a dental laboratory technicians kit. Wax carvers carve wax patterns of crowns, inlays and bridges before casting. Each kit’s contents are listed on its product page; single lab instruments are in Restorative Instruments.
Dental lab tools in kits
Kit or single dental laboratory tools
A kit is ordered once and kept together on the bench; single dental lab tools replace or extend it:
- Dental Wax and Porcelain Carvers — LeCron, Akers, Evans, Reeves, Roach and Vehe carvers.
- Dental Wax Spatulas — No. 5, 7, 7A and 31.
- Dental Plaster Knives and Nippers — for plaster and stone models.
These are hand instruments; dental lab equipment such as furnaces and lathes, and dental lab supplies or dental laboratory supplies such as waxes and stone, are not part of the range.
