Facelift Surgery Sets

BusinessMed® Facelift Surgery Sets group the instruments of facial rejuvenation surgery in one face lift set: facelift scissors, flap forceps, skin hooks and rakes, needle holders and markers for open lifts, and long elevators and dissectors for endoscopic face and brow lifts. The range also covers a chin augmentation set; every set page lists its instruments in a contents table.

How to choose a face lift set

  • Open or endoscopic. Open sets center on scissors, flap forceps, hooks and needle holders; endoscopic sets are mostly long elevators and dissectors used beside the endoscope through small scalp incisions.
  • One or two operators. The Aston set carries instruments in multiples for two operators.
  • Contents. Compare each contents table with your own count sheet; the piece count is computed from that list.
  • Add singles. Single facelift scissors, rakes and hooks are in Facelift Instruments.

What are facelift sets used for?

  • Facelift (rhytidectomy): raising the facial and neck skin flaps, handling the SMAS layer, marking the excess skin, hemostasis and closure along the hairline and ear.
  • Forehead and brow lift: open through a coronal or hairline incision, or endoscopic with subperiosteal release of the forehead, temple and brow through small scalp incisions.
  • Midface lift: subperiosteal elevation of the midface and cheek under endoscopic view.
  • Chin augmentation: pocket dissection over the chin, implant placement and closure.

How BusinessMed surgery sets are made

The instruments in each set are German stainless steel, reusable and autoclavable, with a 5-year warranty; any non-steel part or case is named on the set page.
