All instruments supplied by BusinessMed Instruments are covered under a 1-year money-back warranty. This warranty ensures that our products are free from defects when used for their intended purpose.

If you experience issues such as breakage or corrosion within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Post-Warranty Support

Our commitment continues even after the warranty period. We offer maintenance and repair services at a nominal cost to help extend the lifespan and performance of your instruments.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment

  • Once production or order preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted

  • Refunds will not be issued after this stage unless a valid reason is provided

Product Issues and Free Replacements

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If your order arrives with defects or does not meet expectations, we offer free replacements to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently.

Customs Clearance Responsibility

Customers are responsible for handling customs clearance procedures once the order has been shipped. This includes coordination with shipping carriers such as DHL or local customs authorities.
