What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels and scripts) work in a similar way. Some are set by us ("first-party"); others are set by services we use ("third-party").
Your choice
When you first visit from the EU, EEA or UK, a banner asks for your consent. Only strictly necessary cookies are used until you choose. You can:

- change your mind at any time with the cookie icon at the bottom left of every page, or the Cookie settings link in the footer: Cookie settings.
Rejecting cookies does not stop you from browsing or ordering. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need necessary cookies to work.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. If you do not consent to marketing cookies, Google tags do not store or read advertising cookies; they may send cookieless, aggregated signals that cannot identify you.

Strictly necessary (always active)
Needed for the shop to work: cart, checkout, login, security and remembering your cookie choice. These do not need consent.
Functional / preferences
Live chat (tawk.to) remembers your chat session so the conversation continues across pages. Until you accept this category, the chat button loads only when you click it.
Statistics
Help us understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics 4 (visits, pages and conversions, with IP addresses not stored) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session recordings that show how pages are used; text you type in form fields is masked). Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
Marketing
Measure the results of our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, build audiences for our ads, and record which channel brought an order (order attribution). Used only with your consent.
