The short one is useful for working on superficial or mids to deep layers, the teeth region, or the inside of the mouth. But the long one is suitable for doing septoplasty, turbinate and plasty surgeries. This is designed for 5/0 and finer needles. This was produced using high-quality stainless steel, which was made in Germany and attached tungsten carbide inserts, which are very strong. Our tungsten carbide needle holders are durable and provide the best comfort one would look for in a holder.
